New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI) is a trans-local apostolic team who have taken to heart God's call to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. The team believes in extending God's kingdom according to the Biblical pattern of church-planting. It is working on spreading the gospel in more than 60 countries, and, in addition to planting and leading churches, has relations with local churches all over the world, including Christian Community Church in Singapore.
NCMI is not an organisation, denomination or movement, but a team built on the friendship between individuals with a common value system and vision of advancing God's kingdom. Likewise, the relationship between NCMI and local churches is not based on a contract or constitution, but on the personal relationship between the apostolic team and the leaders of the church, and a shared love for Christ and the pattern of kingdom living taught in the Bible.
Through our relationship with NCMI, we have learnt much more about building our lives and the church according to the pattern set out for us in the New Testament. For we recognise that "unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain", and that the best of intentions will not lead to a church that is effective in advancing God's kingdom if we go about it in a way which is not of the Bible. We recognise the urgency and importance of extending God's kingdom and as our members grow and are trained as leaders through our partnership with NCMI, we hope to be able to release godly men and women in future to plant churches in accordance with God's pattern.
