We recognise that while having a personal love relationship with Jesus Christ is of utmost importance, it is in the context of community life that every Christian actually works out his or her salvation in obedience to God and His call to advance His kingdom here on earth.

As a church community, we seek to grow in:

1. honouring God in everything we do as we follow and live out the all-sufficient Word of God through the leading of the Holy Spirit;

2. worshipping God together in unity with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, knowing that worship is all about God and not about us;

3. praying to God, not just as a prelude to work, but as real spiritual work that advances the kingdom of God;

4. developing genuine and caring relationships among members based on friendship before function, accepting each other as part of the church family regardless of the individual's racial, cultural or socio-economic background;

5. giving generously of our time, effort and money for the work of God's kingdom;

6. making disciples of all nations by influencing people around us and beyond with the Good News of Jesus Christ and our Spirit-empowered lives, and connecting them to the church family where they can be nurtured and grow in the faith;

7. equipping every member of the church as the New Testament priesthood to minister both to God and to other people, and building ministry teams based on natural family units (e.g. husband-wife team, parents-children team) and/or gifting.
